HOW DO I CARE FOR MY EARRINGS?

• Each clay piece is handmade and may have natural imperfections. Clay pieces can vary slightly in color based on the slab each batch was cut from. Each piece has been hand-mixed for color perfection, designed, cut, baked, sanded, assembled, and photographed with love. 
• Polymer clay is extremely lightweight. Wear all day in comfort. 
• Please note that Ann Made Design Co. earrings are handcrafted and should be treated gently and with care. 
• When not worn, store earrings in a safe space. 
• If dirt or makeup gets onto the clay earring, it can be easily cleaned off with clear acetone (found in nail polish remover) and a cotton ball or Q-tip. 
• The earring connectors and some accent pieces are made from coated, polished, or raw brass. Gently buff the surface with a soft cloth to polish pieces and bring them back to new if pieces tarnish over time.
• Do not wear earrings while swimming or showering.

                                            

RETURN POLICY:

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives to you damaged or incorrect, please contact us (annmadedesignco@gmail.com) to arrange for an exchange. Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. 

                                            

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All orders will ship between 5 to 7 business days after payment is received. All orders will be shipped USPS First Class mail. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your package is mailed out.  All shipments within the U.S. have a shipment fee of $4.00 - $5.00. International shipping is not yet available.
